If your property is valued at £250,000* or over then our Executive Homes Department is the ideal marketing tool for you. We offer a specialist service that incorporates Premium Advertising in the newspaper, on the internet and in the branch. We also offer an Executive Brochure, your own personal Property Consultant and tailored marketing to each individual property.
Finding a mortgage – We know that your needs are probably very different to other buyers so here at Morriss and Mennie we will refer you to a mortgage adviser who will provide you with expert and friendly advice. So whether you are a first time buyer or moving home, you can be assured of the best advice from them.
The mortgage adviser we introduce to usually charges £399 for arranging a mortgage but the actual amount payable will depend upon your circumstances.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
UK legislation requires all home owners selling or renting their property to provide an ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE (EPC) to prospective buyers/tenants. We have our own in-house Energy Performance Assessor, to carry out and complete all Energy Reports.
We finally offer a Conveyancing service through a local company of Licensed Conveyancers. They offer competitive fixed quotes and work on a no sale no fee basis. We have been working with them for many years and the great relationship we have built ensures we will get you through to completion as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
