Donna has over 20 years’ of estate agency experience.
Beginning her career at Morriss and Mennie when she was just 21 years old, Donna has worked her way up through the business to the position that she now holds. Previous to her M&M career, Donna spent time working for a local firm of solicitor within their conveyancing department. This gave her a valuable insight into the background of the sales process and has been instrumental in guiding vendors and purchasers during their own home moves.
Donna now balances her time working in both sales and lettings, for both offices.

Karen commenced her property selling journey in 2003; joining Morriss and Mennie in July 2015 and bringing with her a wealth of industry experience within the local and surrounding areas.
Karen is responsible for the overall smooth running of the Spalding Branch and ensures that the highest level of customer service is delivered, at all times! Specialising in both new build developments and established properties, Karen ensures that working relationships with all clients are nurtured and developed to provide support throughout the entire sales process.

Adey has been with Mortgage Options since October 2007 after a successful 22 year career within Finance in the Royal Air Force.
